The cutting board is Noyer's very first design.
It was created in a spirit of exceptional craftsmanship, with a playful approach to design and a genuine love for cooking.
This smaller version is ideal for quick everyday tasks.
The size and inverted edges make this breakfast board the perfect tool for all those quick little tasks in the kitchen, like chopping or mincing small quantities of ingredients. And even a simple slice of rye bread looks more appetizing when prepared and enjoyed on a beautiful walnut board.
Each board is crafted with the unique structure of each piece of wood in mind, making each one truly unique. The board has eight edges, and its elongated shape is entirely determined by the natural grain of the wood.
Walnut also has the remarkable quality of developing a beautiful patina over time. By occasionally applying a little neutral cooking oil, the board will retain all its beauty, even with frequent use.
The edges are beveled at 45 degrees, offering an elegant contrast between their sharp edges and the smooth appearance of the wood. Its asymmetrical shape makes this board as pleasing to the eye as it is to use.
